  I've never had a bad experience at 1818 Chophouse. The food & service is always impeccable. My husband & I have frequented this steakhouse since it opened four-years ago. My sister lives in North Carolina & has always talked about eating here when she comes home for a visit. I was finally able to take her today & she was not disappointed! We both had the 7-oz filet, medium rare with Parmesan garlic mashed potatoes, chocolate cheesecake & she had the butternut squash soup. She said the steak was, without a doubt, the best steak she's ever had in her life. Everything on the menu is amazing! Her finance` is a chef where they live so she knows good food. I agree with her on the steak! I've yet to eat a steak as good as I've had here! She definitely wants to eat here again & of course, my husband & I will be back very soon!

  I visited this restaurant with a large group of people and the service and food were amazing. I had the Sage and Brown Butter Pasta and I would definitely order it again. The had a side of the Creamed Sweet Corn and it was not my favorite but others that had it really enjoyed it. Great place to visit for any occasion!
