  I always get my coffee here, the people are always so friendly! I'm sad to see the rating the previous person left. Not sure how Nancy's Christmas was "ruined" by a simple mistake. Chill lady.

  I don't think the baristas are trained very well on how to make beverages. Every time I order something here, it doesn't taste right. Not to mention the fact that I have taken a big slurp of grounds in my iced coffee on multiple occasions.

  I ordered a venti iced mocha latte and the barista asked me if I wanted a frapaccino or a latte. They just put my drink on the counter without calling my name so it sat for a few minutes until I realized it had my name on it. The bottom was very warm, they did not even try to stir it. The consistency was something like watered down chalk.
