  Always a great experience!!! Beginning to end, greeted at the front door to walking out at the end of the night, always feel welcomed! Food is amazing! Staff and management very knowledgeable of the menu and drink parings, never disappointed! Do yourself a favor and order the Championship Filet, with the mushrooms and bacon jam!

  Mike shannons in a complete joke. My fiance works there. The management is VERY poor. VERY VERY poor. There is a kitchen manager that has absolutely NO business being in charge of the schedule. He does not pay attention to availability. Tells him he is off certain days for sure every week and lets him know that his schedule is same every week. Does not consult with my fiance til its too late about changes. Assumes he has made no plans when in fact he has going off of what he was told was his permanent schedule. He makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever. The employees do not get any breaks at all. There are a few there that has no business there. One employee slipped and fell and got hurt the other night in the kitchen and there was no wet floor sign marking it. The kitchen is NOT up to code and they burnt something the other night and my fiance came home coughing and gagging because of the smell. No one cares the restaurant is going to catch on fire due to a malfunction in the kitchen. I am SO fed up and DO NOT recommend working at MIKES nor even eating there. Especially Friday and Saturday nights unless you want to waits for hours. I dont know what anyone sees in Mikes anyways. Its a complete mess and a JOKE of a restaurant. DO NOT eat there and DO NOT work there.
